Rookie Rockstars Concert

On our return from the Easter holiday we will have a week with the Rookie Rock Star team. There is a FAQ sheet that describes the sessions attached to both our noticeboards. In simple terms, all pupils together will learn and record a CD of five rock songs. The following week we will run two evening performances where everyone can dress up and see the performance live. We will split the school in half - P1 to P7 – so that we can accommodate all of the parents who wish to come and attend the show. The company make their money by selling tickets to the performances and for copies of the CD. There is no pressure to attend or purchase the CD. We have asked RRS in because we think that this will be a great learning experience to work alongside musicians and create a whole school performance.
